PLEASE NOTE: Driscoll Children’s Hospital will continue to serve as the primary hub for pediatric patients requiring forensic medical services. Depending on patient and family preference, Driscoll may also provide forensic medical services for patients up to 21 years of age. Pediatric patients may be seen at other participating facilities if requested by the patient and/or guardian. Following the examination, patients will be connected with the Driscoll CARE Team to ensure appropriate follow-up services, referrals, and continuity of care.
